Runs the client accounting and financial statement practice. Why it matters who
You will meet the person reviewing your return
At a larger firm your file moves between whoever is available. Here it does not. You get a named accountant and a named reviewing CPA, you meet both, and when you call in September the person who picks up already knows your situation.
It is also why we do not grow past this size. Five people can genuinely hold four hundred clients in their heads. Fifteen cannot, and the firm becomes something else.

Languages
Explain it in the language you think in
Woodside is one of the most linguistically diverse places in the country and a tax conversation is hard enough in your first language. Tell us which you would prefer when you call and we will schedule you with the right person.

Talk to a CPA before you decide anything
Twenty minutes on the phone or across a desk on Roosevelt Avenue. Bring last year's return if you have one — most of what we need in order to quote you is already in it.
