A CPA for western Queens, from an office in Woodside

Most clients are within four subway stops of the door. Plenty are not, and remote work has been routine here since well before it was fashionable.

The neighborhoods we know best

Woodside sits where the 7, the E, the M, the R and the Long Island Rail Road all come within a few blocks of one another, which is why an office here reaches so much of Queens. From the door it is one stop to Sunnyside, two to Jackson Heights, four to Long Island City, and about twenty minutes to Midtown.

These are the areas most of our clients live or trade in. If you are outside them, that is not a problem — it simply means we are more likely to meet by video than across the desk.

Getting here

By subway

The 7 to 61st Street–Woodside, or the E, M and R to Northern Boulevard. Both are a short walk. The 7 runs express to Manhattan through most of the day.

By rail and bus

The Long Island Rail Road stops at Woodside, one stop from Penn Station and Grand Central. The Q32, Q60 and Q70 all run along Roosevelt Avenue or Broadway.

By car

Metered parking along Roosevelt Avenue and side-street parking off 61st. The BQE and the LIE are both a few minutes away, which is how most of our contractor clients arrive.

Not in Queens any more?

A good number of clients moved to Long Island, New Jersey, Florida or further and stayed with the firm. Documents move through the secure portal, review meetings happen over video, and returns are signed electronically.

Multi-state returns are routine here, and a move part-way through a year is one of the situations where using the same firm across the change genuinely saves you money — the allocation between states is where those returns most often go wrong.
